This stunning Victorian condo is located in the heart of Duluth just a short distance to the Rose Gardens and Lake Walk along gorgeous Lake Superior. The entry is located upstairs on the second floor and features two levels where you can enjoy many fantastic views of Lake Superior. The main level of the condo opens up to a fully stocked kitchen with your basic essentials and plenty of dining space. These rooms are full of natural light and adorned with tropical inspired details. The large dining table is the perfect place to entertain or play a game. Directly off the dining area is a private balcony where you can enjoy the partial lake view. The bathroom is located on the main level of the condo and is outfitted with the basic amenities. Upstairs the third floor features vaulted ceilings, a living space and two large bedrooms.
